Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, deploying, or utilizing any infrastructure, application, API, or service provided by Psylinks Security Private Limited ("Psylinks"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you are expressly prohibited from utilizing our network.

2. Zero-Log Infrastructure & Liability

Psylinks operates a mathematically enforced zero-log network. We do not inspect, retain, or store your decrypted network traffic. Because we possess zero visibility into the data you transmit across our infrastructure, **you bear absolute and sole responsibility** for all content routed through our edge nodes.

Psylinks Security actively complies with lawful requests, but we cannot hand over data we do not possess. We explicitly disclaim all liability for any illegal, unauthorized, or catastrophic actions executed by users via our network.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Psylinks network (including Blue DNS, Filey Share, Reagon SMS, and Hypernex) for:

• The distribution of malware, ransomware, or any malicious payload.
• Executing Denial of Service (DoS) attacks or network abuse.
• Child Exploitation Material (CSAM) or any acts of terrorism.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Any violation of this AUP will result in immediate, unappealable termination of your access.

4. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PSYLINKS SECURITY PRIVATE LIMITED BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Psylinks Security and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

5. SLA and Infrastructure Uptime

While we engineer our systems for 99.99% uptime through globally distributed edge nodes, all services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranty or condition, express, implied, or statutory.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam, India.
