Protocol: Zero.

A mathematically proven commitment to absolute data sovereignty.

1.0 The Zero-Log Directive

By design, our infrastructure is incapable of retaining metadata, traffic logs, or operational telemetry. If it is not cryptographically required for the immediate execution of a secure tunnel, it is obliterated in RAM. There is no historical data to be surrendered, breached, or monetized.

2.0 Cryptographic Blindness

Psylinks Security operates under a strict zero-knowledge architecture. All payloads are encrypted client-side using end-to-end asymmetric cryptography. We hold no keys, no backdoors, and no decryption capabilities. Our infrastructure blindly routes ciphertext; your data remains mathematically inaccessible to us.

3.0 Infrastructure Sovereignty

Our bare-metal nodes are deployed exclusively in privacy-centric jurisdictions. We utilize full disk encryption (FDE) across all servers alongside volatile RAM-only operational environments. In the event of physical hardware seizure, the server's volatile memory is wiped upon power disruption, ensuring permanent cryptographic termination.

4.0 Third-Party Nullification

We do not integrate with third-party trackers, analytics pixels, or external auditing APIs. The Psylinks ecosystem is a closed-loop cryptographic environment. We systematically refuse integration with any entity that requests or requires plaintext visibility into our user base.

5.0 Protocol Immutability

This document is not a corporate privacy policy subject to arbitrary revision; it is an engineering protocol. Any cryptographic or operational alteration that diminishes the strictness of these directives requires a transparent public audit and explicit opt-in cryptographic consensus from our users.

6.0 Data Segregation & Business Telemetry

We strictly segregate Network Traffic from Account Administrative Data. While all network traffic (DNS queries, file shares, threat intel) remains strictly mathematically zero-log and ephemeral, we collect the absolute minimum administrative data required to operate as a B2B/B2C entity (e.g., billing email, subscription status, support tickets). This administrative data is never correlated with network activity and is subject to immediate Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR).

7.0 India DPDP Act Addendum

In strict compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India, Psylinks Security Private Limited (operating from Guwahati, Assam) ensures explicit consent for any administrative data processing. To execute your rights as a Data Principal, or to report a breach of this protocol, contact our appointed Grievance Officer at legal@psylinkssecurity.com.
